This publication constitutes revised selected papers from the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the Second International Human Centered Computing Conference, HCC 2016, that merged and further develops the prosperous ICPCA/SWS conventions on Pervasive Computing and the Networked World, and that was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, at January 2016.

The 58 full newspapers and 30 short papers presented in this volume together with a single keynote talk were carefully reviewed and selected by 211 submissions.
