Vassili Joannidès de Lautour is a Associate Professor of Management Control in the Grenoble École de Management, France and Queensland University of Technology, Australia where he’s been instructing a research-based tactical management accounting and management path to postgraduate students. His research interests and publications are in the intersection of direction control, operations and strategy in a variety of settings and management practices. Vassili is also an associate editor of this Journal of Accounting & Organizational Change and also a board member of many other journals. Together with his academic function, Vassili has had experience as a management consultant. Vassili holds a PhD in responsibility and ethnicity at a church setting in Paris Dauphine University, France, and Manchester Business School, UK, and three master’s degrees in social sciences, economics and education.
